Terms of Service for Ziplings — Merge & Unzip

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before downloading, installing, or playing the Ziplings — Merge & Unzip mobile application developed by Bradley.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or playing Ziplings, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue use and uninstall the app.

2. Intellectual Property Rights (IP) & Third-Party Assets

• Proprietary Assets: All creature character designs (Ziplings, Fuzzling, Puffling, Skewling, Omnizip...), tower logo assets, UI design tokens, ASMR audio effects, source code, and the "Ziplings" trademark are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer.
• Third-Party Frameworks: Open-source libraries (such as Flutter SDK, Flame Engine, and Forge2D) are included under their respective open-source licenses (MIT / BSD).

3. In-App Purchases (IAP) & Restoration

• Remove Ads Entitlement: A one-time purchase granting a lifetime ad-free experience linked to your Apple ID / Google account.
• Restoration: Purchases can be restored on new devices sharing the same OS account via the "Restore Purchase" option in Settings.
• Refund Policy: All refund requests are governed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund policies.

4. Third-Party Services

The app integrates Google AdMob (for ads) and Apple/Google billing frameworks. Usage of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

The game is provided on an "As-Is" basis. Because Ziplings operates offline and saves high scores locally, the developer is not liable for data loss resulting from app deletion or device formatting without OS-level backup.
