Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the NookKeep (Để Đâu Rồi?) mobile application ("Application", "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NookKeep, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

NookKeep is an offline-first mobile application designed to help users record and search for the physical locations of their personal belongings. The application operates primarily on-device with optional end-to-end encrypted backup to the user's personal Google Drive account.

3. User Responsibilities & Passphrase Safety

• Passphrase & Encryption Security: When using the App Lock feature or Opt-in Google Drive Backup, you set a 6-digit PIN and/or a custom encryption passphrase. Because NookKeep utilizes client-side zero-knowledge encryption, we cannot recover your backup passphrase or reset your encrypted backups. You are solely responsible for retaining your passphrase and recovery codes.
• Physical Device Security: You are responsible for maintaining the physical security and access control of your mobile device.

4. In-App Purchases & Licensing

• Free Tier: NookKeep provides free access up to a specified item limit (e.g. 30 items).
• Pro Upgrade: Users can unlock unlimited item storage and Google Drive backup functionality through a non-consumable, one-time In-App Purchase.
